Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using FocusGrid68 ("the app", "the service") operated at focusgrid68.com ("the website"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the app.

1. Description of Service

FocusGrid68 is a web application that provides:

• Interactive 3D visualisation of polyhedra shapes
• A typing challenge feature to encourage focused writing
• Progress tracking for completed challenges
• Optional cloud synchronisation across devices via Google Sign-In

The app is provided as a personal productivity and mindfulness tool.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

You may use the app without creating an account. To enable cloud synchronisation across devices, you may sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you authorise us to access your basic Google profile information (email, name, profile picture) for authentication purposes.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account

2.3 Account Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. To remove your data:

• Sign out to clear local data
• Contact us to request deletion of cloud data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use FocusGrid68 for:

• Personal productivity and focus exercises
• Mindfulness and writing practice
• Tracking your personal progress

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The app, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and code, is owned by FocusGrid68 and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• The visual design and user interface
• The 3D polyhedra rendering system
• The typing challenge mechanism
• All graphics, icons, and visual elements

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any custom focus text presets you create. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and synchronise your content solely to provide the service to you.

4.3 Open Source Components

The app uses open source libraries including Three.js and Supabase client libraries. These components are subject to their respective licences.

4.4 Font Licence

The app uses Playfair Display font, licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services:

• Google for authentication
• Supabase for cloud storage and real-time synchronisation
• Cloudflare for hosting

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service:

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Your data will be preserved indefinitely

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOCUSGRID68, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the app
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the app
  • Any other matter relating to the app

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FocusGrid68 and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Service Availability
